Funny, if you are a politician and are recalled, you are in trouble.
Judges, however, are recalled to the bench, and that is an honor.
Good for us to have Judge Mund sticking around. Bruce, her law clerk, said he is not looking for a new job, which I took as an indication Judge Mund will be around for some time.
