Finding our status of foreclosure

Status of foreclosures can be found on a variety of subscription and free
websites. In most cases you will need the TS (Trustee Sale) number (you can
get that from the original "notice of trustee sale" your client should
have).
Here are a few that I use all the time:
http://www.priorityposting.com/ppp/viewauctions.asp (Priority Posting -
FREE)
http://www.recontrust.com/ (recon trust is harder to surf, but they do not
post on the Priority Posting site - FREE)
http://www.foreclosureradar.com/ (subscription site - about 7 day lag time)
There are others, but I constantly use the above.
