Is there an exception to 'modifying' home mortgages (1st) on residence, when the
forensic investigation discloses TILA violations and fraud that toll the SOL and
the Rt of Recession is available. Can out of court negotiations lead to a
different claim amount by 1st Security Interest Holder on Residence that would
be confirmable under in Judge Ellen Carroll's Court?
