Dear Colleagues!
by the same debtor. Commencing immediately in the LA, SFV and Santa Barbara Divisions, a further Bk filing by a debtor will be assigned automatically to the prior Judge in the early Bk case. The only exception, of course, is in LA when 1 case is a Ch13 and another is a Ch7. But, if that case is converted to a different chapter -- then it will revert to the prior judge.
Dear Colleagues!
The Board of Judges has approved a recent change to multiple filings by the same debtor.
