Only use the "upon completion" box when no discharge is available in the case.
Judge Jury is working on a simple form order that will be availableby the end
of your client's plan whichcan be recorded for use by title company.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Lam order form/which box to check/recording?
As you all know, there is a new form order, district wide, for Lam motionsF4003-2.4.ORDER.
Question is, when it is granted, item 4b has several subparts, check the box,
when the order is effective: "completion of the chapter 13 plan" or "receipt of
a chapter 13 discharge in the case"
I assume completion comes before discharge, so it is "better" for the client to
have it on completion.
But, how do you prove it and what happens next?
Do you get an order that you can record? Or do you just record a certified copy
of this order and a certified copy of the discharge? I don't know how you would
prove completion (so it may be better to check "upon discharge").
Any ideas or suggestions?
Attach a continuation page?
Thanks.
Jason
