Getting paid postpetition in Chapter 13s

I just noticed the confirmation order in a case I have with EC says that
"[t]he attorney of record shall not receive payments for post-petiton [sic,
(I think - Dennis?)] attorney fees in any amount greater than the total
amount approved pursuant to the filed Rights and Responsibilities Agreement
...." The RARA has a place where you include your hourly rate for any work
that is not covered in the usual prepetition services. Can I still submit a
fee application for postpetition work as long as I stick to the stated
hourly rate, or is EC saying in her order that I can't get paid for any
postpetition work if it exceeds the initial $4,000/$4,500?
Does anyone have a sample Chapter 13 fee app they would be willing to share
with me?
Thank you in advance.
