Newbie Question - New AP forms for lien stripping

Some attorneys will attach everything so that when it comes time for default you can check a box on the default form that basically says to use the complaint.
You can also submit just the required forms (though I prefer to attach some evidence) then include everything in the default.
Either way is ok.

Im doing my first lien strip n its an AP. I have reviewed the new forms and
they seemed to be fairly straight forward. However, are people attaching
exhibits to the complaint form, such as appraisal, proof of claim, deeds of
trust, etc. If so, is it in the form of declaration with the exhibits or merely
as attachments? Or is that left for a prove-up upon default? Any assistance is
greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
