National Guard temporary means test exclusion expires - what is the means test period?

In all due respect Dennis, I have a much more simplistic answer to this question. I would just ride this case through and see what, if anything happens regarding OUST. If OUST does make a move, In Army Ranger fashion would make sure that neither I nor my National Guard client were taken alive by OUST.

Or, does it look back 6 months from the expiration of the exclusion date? This is unclear. If you have to go back to the filing date, what is the whole point of the temporary exclusion? As I understand it, the policy behind the exclusion is to take into consideration the wild variations in pay of service members when they are called to active duty, then come back to their civilian jobs, then are called to active duty again.

much more complicate then that. You have to file a motion to reset the 6 month period and excuse the filing of the I and J, which must be done in the first 14 days. I just wrote one. Next time you need one,
