Exempting exact amount v. exempting 100%

Debtor does not know the value of his worker's comp claim. I
scheduled the claim as having "unknown" value and exempted 100% of it.
The Trustee wants me to name a number for the value of the claim and
the amount of exemption.
What if I name a low number, for example, I estimate the value of the
claim at 5k and exempt the same amount (5k), and the claim settles
later at a much higher number (20k)? Is the trustee entitled to take
the surplus over my estimate (20K-5KK)?
