Lienstrip Question

Hi Everyone,
Ex-wife wants to file a Ch. 13 bk to strip a 2nd trust deed. She and her ex-husband are on the loan. Ex husband is filing a Chapter 7 to protect himself from any liability for that loan as well as his other unsecured debts. Can ex-wife/debtor successfully strip the loan in her Chapter 13 bankruptcy?
