Hello Holly -
You still have time. Send them now; the judge doesnt read her copy of stuff
until two or three days prior to the hearing, and theyre not late until she
picks up her stack.

Hello Holly -
You still have time. Send them now; the judge doesn’t read her copy of stuff until two or three days prior to the hearing, and they’re not late until she picks up her stack.

It's about 16 days after filing the Chapter 13 and I am sending her the judge's copies now. Is she going to dismiss my case since these are late? We haven't had the 341A and the confirmation hearing is in January.
