Not so much she wants to give car away to her son, but that she wishes to release it to him so that he can use it in Europe (and no, there's no exemption).

Ok, kidding aside, if not a 100% plan, or property not completely exempt, forget it. If the property was exempted, and 60 days to object to exempts over, prob not an issue.
