Look at 523(a)(3) - no notice - no discharge. Beezley says no notice in no asset case - debtor still gets a discharge but not of 523(a)(2), (4) and (6). Beezley is wierd logic - you really need to read it.

Creditor is only notified about the BK when creditor received a notice re availability of assets from the trustee (after the deadline for filing a Non-dischargebility)
Debtor is then granted a discharge.
Is the creditors claim discharged?

Debtor lists creditor's name in the Ch 7 BK Petition's schedule F.
Debtor then amends schedule F and updates it with the creditor's address. However, debtor did not notify the creditor about the bankruptcy or about the amendment.
Creditor is only notified about the BK when creditor received a notice re availability of assets from the trustee (after the deadline for filing a Non-dischargebility)
Debtor is then granted a discharge.
