Disclosure of NOD

SOFA 5 only asks about actual foreclosure sales not anything before
hand. No amendment necessary to list an NOD.

Clients filed bk and then received a notice of default postmarked a
day or so before they filed. The SOFA did not indicate a pending
foreclosure against the home it was unknown at the time. Must I amend
the SOFA to disclose the NOD?
