That info wouldn't clog the list, it would be helpful for many people -- not
only those who are newer but also for those who file rarely in Riverside.
Here is a trick taught to me by another cdcbaa member (Hola MM!)
"Go to LA BK web site
Click on Information
the 3rd column over, at the top is Tentative Ruling &
Posted Judicial Calendars.
Click on selected judge, and you should have the calendar
for that judge.
If you check the Self Calendaring for your Judge First, you
can determine Chp 13 day, or what day they hear
objections on, and you can go to that day on the calendar."
You can also, of course, take the case numbers from the tentative ruling
calendar and plug them into PACER.
I just used this method for getting a sample Motion to Extend stay recently
them and seeing a sample is at least reassuring and at best, life-saving!

"Bankruptcy, Michael, is nature's do-over. It's a fresh start, a clean
slate."
"Like the witness protection program!"
"Exactly."

Friends,
I learn best by studying models. Can anyone give me case numbers for Chapter 13 cases in Riverside that included stripping the lien of a second mortgage? In OC also?
No need to clog the list, send any reference to greifenlaw@gmail.com.
Thank you
