The Judge: In the Central District there are still 2 that require an adversary - Ellen Carroll in LA is one. Does someone else remember who the other one is?

Newbie Question - Lam Motion: Adversary vs. Contested

I am filing my first set of Lam motions, and I am trying to grasp the significance of the difference that are not particularly clear from just reading the summaries of procedure.
Can someone highlight the important differences for when the Lam motion must go through an adversary proceeding instead?
