GW, I asked Robles once if he minded if I filed his tentative as a pleading and he said fine. I did a pleading that said "Notice of Tentive" or something like that. So you can get it into the record. Its not part of the order. The order is "motion denied."

Check out Section 4-2(g) of the Court Manual on exhibits to orders. We
prepare it as an exhibit, file the exhibit, and refer to the exhibit in the
proposed order by docket #. I believe in Riverside, the tentative rulings
are automatically filed on the docket. Hope that helps!
