February CDCBAA meeting on Consumer law -- Debt Collection Harassment

Hello all!
With Jacob Chang, I am presenting the February CDCBAA meeting in about
10 days. The topic is consumer law, I am focusing on collection
harassment with a bit on debt settlement companies.
The talk is pretty much set but there will be time for questions so
please bring them! ALSO -- if you have anything you want to know
about this area, please email me here or off-list and we will try to
cover it! Thanks!!
The talk should be informative both for those of you who want
information so you know when your client has potential claims against
these "bad actors", as my torts law professor called everyone, but we
will also discuss more in depth information for people who are
interested in pursuing these claims on behalf of clients.
