I spoke to Jazz at Jim King's office several weeks ago and she said she forwarded to you information about some work I've put together for getting disability insurance, etc. for the group. The girls name is Laleh Hakimi who is helping me out and she needs information about the Group. Can you contact at ntdberneman@verizon.net to let me know if you've been able to handle this?
