It isn't complicated. Just write, lay out the issues, and request a meeting
to discuss them in the hopes you can resolve the issues.

Anyone have a sample meet and confer letter?
Don't worry this is for a case concerning a PI attorney and 523 complaint
that doesn't involve another bankruptcy attorney.
Thanks

Don't forget to meet and confer first - this is required by Local Rules. Be
sure to read all applicable rules before proceeding.

Does anyone have a sample motion for discovery santions under 30(d)(3) for
to many objections or just a general motion for discovery sanctions under
FRCP?
Also, am I correct to assume that taking and defending a deposition is
classified as "practice of law" in California?
Thanks
Sina
