Since we're on the topic of appraisals, I have a business owner who is
filing a Chapter 7. They're aware of the risk of liquidation, etc.
However, does anyone have a business appraiser to counter or guide the
Chapter 7 trustee as far as what the business (a nail salon) and/or its
assets may be worth? Any names/phone numbers would be helpful.
