Hello Everyone,
I am having an issue with Proofs of Claim, and I was wondering if anyone can help me.
Many months ago, I updated my address with the District Court, with CM/ECF help desk and the Clerk, with PACER, and in each active case I was handling. Everything is showing my current address properly. EXCEPT, over half the Proofs of Claim I receive have my old address on them. These are for recently filed cases, sometimes with creditors that have not filed Proofs of Claim in any of my cases before. They must be getting my address from some sort of database; because the docket shows the correct address they are supposed to send them to.
No one at the court seems to be able to assist. Does anyone know what
Thanks,
