Wachovia Dealer Reaff -- Co-borrower not a bk a debtor
Posted: Thu Feb 25, 2010 7:40 am
I filed a C7 for a client who is a co-borrower on the car loan with Wachovia
Dealer Services. The other co-borrower is not in bk, and is also shown as a
co-owner on the registration. Wachovia sent me a reaff agreement. Does my
client (the bk debtor) need to reaffirm this to avoid repo? He is current
on the car and the co-borrower is not in bk.
