Depends on which Court, but usually the answer is no because Friday
is the last day of the week for assigning 341(a) meeting dates.
Saturday starts the new calendar. Any other two days will not have
this problem. Santa Barbara is a little different on this as each of
the three chapter 7 trustees is assigned a particular week and it is
thus a three week cycle instead of a one week cycle.
Regardless on occasion I have heard of different trustee's being
assigned when multiple cases were filed at once but I have not ever
had that problem.

If I efile a case today, but do not assign judge trustee today, but
wait until tomorrow after I file another case (file case 1 today and
case 2 tomorrow) to do assignment, will I get same trustee and 341
date?
