Can a Motion to Avoid a 2nd Trust Deed (lienstrip) be Done after Confirmation

I don't see an impediment to filing the motion either. However, you must
keep in mind several factors. First, the valuation is limited to the
time between filing and confirmation. Second, you will probably have to
do a motion to modify and the trustee will want all the funds that were
being paid to the second mortgage to be paid to the benefit of the
unsecured creditors.

Hi Everyone,
A person called is presently 6 months into a confirmed ch. 13 plan. Can they now do a motion to avoid the 2nd lien? (There in Riverside so the lien avoidance is via motion)
