Effect of joint debtor filing divorce against joint debtor while C7 case pending

If conflicts develope, you may need to step aside, however it is usually in the best interest of the two individuals to get a discharge so they do not have to fight over which spouse has to pay the debts. Get them to sign a waiver if you are to file anything further in the case.

H&W filed a joint C7. After filing but before discharge W files for divorce. What is the effect of this, if any, on the bk case? Also, do I need to withdraw as the attorney of record for either party in the bk case?
