I just took my own advice and booked a hotel on www.hotwire.com. I chose the 4 star $99/night hotel. I got the Parc 55 Hotel located at 55 Cyril Magnin Street San Francisco, CA 94102 Website is http://www.parc55hotel.com/# It is about 4 blocks from the Marriot Marquis. No guarantee of getting the same hotel as I did, and I've never stayed there so I'm not sure on the quality, but I'm sure it will do.
I'm hoping the biggest group of bankruptcy attorneys in the country makes a big showing at the national convention. We can certainly teach those South Carolina attorneys a thing or two.

Btw, if you use www.hotwire.com select a hotel in the Union Square East hotel area, as that is where the Marriot Marquis is located. There is one 4 Star there for $99/night.

Larry:
I have seen some 4 star hotels in the vicinity of the Marriot for about $100/night on www.hotwire.com for the relevant weekend.

Has anyone found a better hotel deal for the April 29-May 2nd meeting?
Someone on the NACBA list serve suggested the Hotel Whitcomb on Market
street for about 1/3 the cost.
Also, is CDCBAA going to have any formal or informal breakout sessions?
