filing tax returns with court in Ch. 13

I don't know if it's a procedure or not, but it's in the entered order. Also a requirement that the debtor annually provide a statement of income and expenses received and expended in the prior calendar year along with details about how it is "calculated". It's ridiculous. I'm considering just ignoring it, but I may call Aki Koyama to find out what it really is they want.

Yes, this does sound wrong. She hasn't made us do that in the cases we've had with her. Is this a new procedure?

Kathy Dockery's confirmation orders require the debtor to file all post confirmation tax returns WITH THE COURT. Has anyone done this? This sounds wrong to me.
