Reopening Case to File B23 - Update

FYI Only:
The new forms worked like a champ (5010-1 forms - new). Order signed
quickly without an appearance required. Debtor is given 30 days to file
certificate (E Filed today). It is a cheap and quick way to deal with the
issue if it comes up (which it will).
