Verizon voice mail down
How nice of them not to inform their customers. Apparently, the outgoing
message on their repair line is also broken and can't be changed to provide
useful information.

For those of you with Verizon voicemail, I finally connected with
their customer service after several hours of trying. The voicemail
system is down statewide in CA and Nevada until Friday. Break out
the old answering machines or forward after hours calls to your cell
phone (presuming you do not have Verizon voicemail on the cell too!)
