Anyone have experience with using it?

Nevada has no exemption for tax refunds. If I recall correctly, they have a small wildcard exemption of about $1,000 or $1,500. Many Nevada chapter 7 trustees will administer cases for small tax refunds and even keep cases open many months to wait on tax refunds.
