transfer of real estate to corporation to reorganize

I want to run a scenario by the group:
client is sole shareholder in longstanding corporation which reports the
operations on the individual's real estate;
such client's real estate is on the brink of foreclosure;
please assume that filing and reorganizing by the corporation is more
advantageous than filing by the individual. Is it bad faith to transfer
the real estate to the corporation one day before filing a reorganization
case?
