Debtor Lien Avoidance Motions

I'm running into major problems doing my 522(f) motions.
1. I can't find a web site where I can check creditor addresses so that I have the correct "notification address" as required by Section 342(*c)(2)(A)---or so that I can establish that the creditor has no such address.
2. I can't find a reliable, inexpensive source for getting recorded judgment lien documents.
Any suggestions?
