Judge Tighe was involved as a OUST counsel on a couple 18 USC 152 "false
oath" cases involving Social Security numbers where the Ninth Circuit Ct of
Appeals found against the debtor. See Clymer (95-55941) and Welch (103 F.3d
906). Sentences range from 15-33 months. Hale
