Here is one in word perfect. I filed the order by
mail with the chambers copy and the court singed it.
BTW you could replace the order with a word version
and e file all of it.
I have previously mailed everyone a word order in the
proper format.
Change the facts to match your case. I recite the
facts of each case differently, as they are all
different.

Anyone willing to share a Motion to Extend the 15-day period to file schedules, etc. in a Ch. 13 case? Couldn't find one in our helpful motions on the yahoo site. I have to get one on file quickly and don't have time to do it from scratch.
