NDID Mortgage Servicing case - addresses preemption

This decision was issued yesterday in the Northern District of Indiana.
It addresses the split in Circuits as it relates to preemption. It goes
against our very own Walls v. Wells Fargo case - thankfully and sides
with the Randolph case (a must read for anyone who does not know it).
It also discusses res judicata issues as it relates to plan
confirmation.
