The problem is that the attachment did not show up on the Yahoo
Listserv. Also, is the Addendum in the LBR, or just the Chapter 13 Plan?

PLEASE USE THIS COURT SANCTIONED FORM IN ALL YOUR NEW CH13 CASES.
