Motion to Modify MAY not be necessary!!

As a matter of course I am refusing to stip to relief. I do not want to give up the one thing that protects the client. I have refused all modification attempts that require relief. I like that the judge signs off on it - makes it even more trouble for the servicer when they screw it up
