Amy:
There is no fixed time. The real answer is when the
trustee gets a round tuit.

Hello!
A Chapter 13 client who has disappeared has not made a payment since July,
2007. The mortgage creditor filed a notice of motion of relief from stay a
few months ago and then took it off calendar -- now another motion for
relief has been filed.
I will file another notice of no contact with my former client (I have not
located or heard from then since September -- he appears to have left his
employment) but I was wondering, how long until the BK is dismissed?
