I've used startfreshtoday.com for a while now and the only problem lately has been the follow up phone call. Otherwise, I receive an e-mail as well when completed and ahppy with them for the most part. The costs are $30 for the 1st course and $39 for the 2nd.

We are using Springboard and they seem to be responsive. Once
retained, we set up an access code for each client to enter
Springboard's portal. Once the courses are complete, they send us an
email with the certificate. Any problems, we call and they are
responsive.
How about we collect comments from everyone on who they use and rating
them from 1-5. Let's compile the data and use it with Peter Anderson
and also, based upon the size of our membership, to obtain better
results and better pricing.
To Rick Curry... any thoughts??

I am having problems with MMI do to size ambivalence. I am having problems
getting the certificates and they really are difficult for my clients for
the Financial Management Course (making an appointment some time out). I
complained to them and told them their organization solicited us via
Kathleen March some time ago, but I had problems with them. They were also
supposed to refer to our web site. A VP of the company called me and
explained their problems. I think I am just going to plain stop using them.

Just had a bad experience with Moneymanagement.org.
Had some last minute debtors come in yesterday with a
foreclosure today. Put them in my conference room
with a computer and put them online with
moneymanagement.org. They took a little too long
finishing the web chat and monemanagement couldn't get
them a counsellor (this was not late-late, only about
5:15 p.m. our time). When they called in today, after
I filed the bk to stop the foreclosure,
Moneymanagement refused to issue a March 13
certificate. They didn't care that all of the web
work had been completed on the 13th. I called in and
was told "that's the way it works."
BEWARE MONEYMANAGEMENT.ORG, if your clients do not get
a counsellor, they have to start over with another
company, cause moneymanagment doesn't care when the
counselling took place, only when the debtor finally
got one of the moneymanagement people to take a call.

Also not sure about you guys but get complaints about Greenpath with people waiting forever and not getting through. Sent from my iPhoneOn Mar 14, 2008, at 6:15 PM, Dennis McGoldrick <easky1@yahoo.com> wrote:

Just had a bad experience with Moneymanagement.org.
Had some last minute debtors come in yesterday with a
foreclosure today. Put them in my conference room
with a computer and put them online with
moneymanagement.org. They took a little too long
finishing the web chat and monemanagement couldn't get
them a counsellor (this was not late-late, only about
5:15 p.m. our time). When they called in today, after
I filed the bk to stop the foreclosure,
Moneymanagement refused to issue a March 13
certificate. They didn't care that all of the web
work had been completed on the 13th. I called in and
was told "that's the way it works."
BEWARE MONEYMANAGEMENT.ORG, if your clients do not get
a counsellor, they have to start over with another
company, cause moneymanagment doesn't care when the
counselling took place, only when the debtor finally
got one of the moneymanagement people to take a call.
