re-sending this since nobody responded. Surely someone must have experience with this :)
For purposes of calculating budgets on Schedules "I" and "J" for either Ch. 7 or 13:
Are judges allowing education expenses for debtors? I have a particular case now which will be a Chapter 13, but the difference in the monthly payment could be decreased by the amount spent on education, which is about $500 per month. The debtor's wife earns all the income, and he's gone back to school for the next few years to better his career.
I need to give him some assurance of what the monthly payment in the 13 would be.
Thanks...
