Good afternoon,
If principal residence is sold during bankruptcy and Debtor receives $100k
in proceeds.
Can Debtor use a portion of those proceeds to pay rent while searching for
a home to reinvest the remainder of the proceeds?
I found some Oregon cases saying yes, but don't see anything for CA/9th
Circuit.
