Dear Erik,
Thank you for sending the hyperlink for the anti-Chase SDNY opinion. Unfortunately, when I used it I got an error message. Do you have another source - or in the alternative, a citation?
Thanks in advance.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Very Good New Decision out of the SDNY
I just posted the Schuessler v. Chase out of the SNDY onto the CDCBAA site. This is a mortgage servicing case where the judge got it right. It all stemmed from an improperly filed Motion for Relief. Definitely worth a read. If you do not want to read all 58 pages of the decision then at least read the conclusion.
The Judge was not happy with Chase at all in this case.
