Subject: [cdcbaa] "On Memo" jewelry sales
Suppose jeweler-vendor sells inventory "on memo" to jeweler-retailer.
Does the seller have any rights beyond a simple unsecured creditor? I
know that it might be a consignment or a bailment or something but I'm
hoping someone knows specifically some case or code section dealing
with the rights of the seller when the sale is "on memo." Thanks.
