Keith is right!
we are officers of the court and should file
nonopposition whenever we can. Sometimes your day
will be too clogged, but it really helps the court.
Court can issue an tentative and not requrie
appearances. Court does not have to worry your client
will show up and want to talk to the judge for an
hour.

Yes, this is standard procedures for the lenders. Has no net effect to your client. Please use the optional Court approved "RESPONSE TO RFS" Form to list your non-opposition.

filing MFR. The motion says property values are declining, perhaps
they just want to speed things along? I don't think they will recover
anything after the first mortgage holder gets paid. Secondly, am I
expected to file a notice of non-opposition even though there is intent
to surrender? Thank you for your help,

Debtor filed chap 7 including intent to surrender residence. 2nd
mortgage holder received intent to surrender, and refers to it in its
motion for relief from auto. stay. Where the debtor has agreed to
surrender the property, I'm just curious as to motivation of second for
filing MFR. The motion says property values are declining, perhaps
they just want to speed things along? I don't think they will recover
