Mark,
Call the ECF clerk and ask for the filing to be stricken from the
record and for you to refile and do that first thing in the morning!!
Please, everyone, be careful on inadvertently including SSN or any
account numbers. Lou Esbin

paystubs that had their SS number on it and I neglected to black out
the first 5 numbers and I filed the case with the confidential data
exposed.

to me? Do I get disbarred? Tarred and feathered? What happens.
First time I've made this egregious error.

Efile it, try using this format. No guarantee that this will prevent you from being sanctioned, but taking this step to prevent any further disclosure of that information may help.

OK, I got ECF to do me a favor and take care of it (they can restrict access to files if you re-file the document). Thanks for your input.
