Motion Notice Period

Hey Jon, that's a good question. The old local rules said 21 days if
personal service and 24 if by mail. The new local rules just say 24
days. FRBP 9006 doesn't apply to service of the motion by its terms.

Has the local rules changed the notice period for motions from 24 days
to 27? 9013-1 says 24 days and 9006 says add 3 for mailing. Is it 27
now (more stuff I don't know - Ray Aver asked me to ask). Jon
