Out-of-state house in redemption period part of BK

Not sure it matters so long as there is disclosure. My preference would be
to use Sched A

property?
In orther words skd a or skd b?
I suppose if I looked it up in Smith and Boyer, it
would say it is a right in real property so skd a.....
