Jim, this came up at Nacba when the national ust rep was speaking. He said it was last years income and don't count it. More troubling when you are dealing with I & J in a 13, becase it affects the ablility to make payments in the 13, and is often just over withholding.

Are income tax refunds ever considered income for the means test? Dis this issue come up at the CDCBAA meeting with the UST?
