Subject: [cdcbaa] Treatment of non-filing spouse's income
I undertand that a non-spouse's income is to be included in Sch I. Doesit also get included in the means test calculations.
If so, and the income is exceeds the income threshhold for a Ch7, how is an unemployed spouse with separate credit cards able to file a Ch7 to get a discharge?
